BOOKING PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of the visit. 
New Clients are expected to complete their online paperwork at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for Dr. Berusch to review. If the paperwork is not completed within this time, the client will need to be rescheduled and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hours notice. Emergencies happen and we understand, please contact the office. Follow-up appointments where the client fails to attend will not be refunded. If the client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, the client is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. 
All payments are non-refundable.
