How Appointments Work
Free Meet and Greet
A free 15-minute telephone meet & greet allows Dr. Berusch to hear a brief summary of your health concerns and goals. She may ask about previous lab testing and treatments you have done. We establish if we are a good fit to collaborate together on your health. This appointment does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
New Client Visit
A comprehensive initial visit, Dr. Berusch listens to your full story. This appointment can be in person or virtual. Here we get a deeper understanding of your health. She may include any of the following approaches: nutritional planning, mindfulness, practices for self-care, lifestyle recommendations, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical medications.
Follow-ups
Follow-up visits are an essential part of restoring health. At these visits you and Dr. Berusch will monitor health symptoms, overall progress, and modify your treatment plan as needed to reach your health goals. We may also implement additional healing tools such as acupuncture, cupping, hydrotherapy, biofeedback, homeopathy, additional lab testing, and more.
